Casa Mia is a charming apartment located in a privileged area of
San Miguel de Allende with beautiful views, sunsets and proximity
to downtown. Excellent destination to travel with family or couple
and enjoy one of the best cities in Mexico. The apartment is a
10-15 min walk from the Parroquia and Plaza Central. The
apartment is located in a closed and private residential property
called Capilla de Piedra.
The space
Apartment – The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,
kitchen, open space for living room, dining room and kitchen
which gives a great spaciousness, it also has a very large and
comfortable terrace to enjoy. It has private parking in front of the
building. The apartment is fully equipped with amenities to make
your stay very pleasant. It has washer-dryer and washing area.
Comodidades – The residential property has a Clubhouse that offers
pool + pool for children, gym, dressing rooms for men and women
each with showers, sauna, steam and jacuzzi and also a terrace
that has incredible views where there is a designated area with
grills, tables and chairs to have a BBQ.
Access – The apartment has a code lock so you will be assigned
a code to enter.
Rules – Smoking is forbidden inside and on the terrace of the
apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Tips – It is best to walk to downtown and visit its streets. An option
when tired or for further out visits take a taxi. The walk from the
apartment to downtown is 10-15 minutes, on the way out the walk
is downhill, so coming back would be uphill. In case of having a
car, it is recommended to park it at entrance of the residential
property so that the distance to walk is less.
